Me personally, I am a great fan of influence, ie pursuit of excelence, not having power over folks, but reigning in their hearts and minds not having control over their finances?
Perhaps its fair to state this aint a uni assignment just another fed up reaction to beaurocrats gone wild in Australia, as heroes in their own lunch time, not being able to resolve issues but treating the folks as the problem not the issue then complaining when opposition not holding beaurocratic bunglings as the issue but attacking the politicians?
Its a bit like Yes Minisister gone wild where hot spotting an individual and employees afraid to make a career mistake seek refuge in mediocrity rather than making a name for themselves as fearful rather than diplomatically curious?
Workplaces surounded by in the box thinkers who just dont get what it means but count for everything but common sense?
I really would rather see resourses better spent with better both, value and sensitivity analysis, done but folks just say, "say what"?
Or whatever the Aussie equivalent of "say what" is for inaction by folks that dont know how to ask the right questions, and think a human resource job check is searching google where we always know only the bad stuff gets up there right?
I mean, yea winge winge, I have published seven letters in media this year, and all they focus on is quoting a letter aint mine, a five year old statement no longer relevant and a fire burining my home down and they say, well cant be any good I mean, I dont think we can save enough money to employ so and so when my job in construction is about better value?
It is a bit of a no brainer, a high degree of reality required and also analysi by executive recruitment, not Clerk 1-2 controlling the workplace on prejudice alone?
So, how was your week? Mine, apply for a job? You have got to be kidding! Actually two offers one overseas accepted another ambulance chaser say, hey, we missed something? Darn right, asta la vista babe!
