Compare education in the Philippines and in aboard?

Not to be insulting, but an education in Philippines is not the best way to go for a world-class education. I personally would suggest going to another country in one of the Pacific Islands at least, if not nearby America.

The primary reasons for this are:

1) Lack of funding

2) Lack of highly qualified teachers

3) Political conflicts

4) Lack of international acceptance of qualifications from Philippines.

Hope it helped. For a nearby college or university, I would suggest Hawaii or Singapore.
