cotto...not to sure never seen him fight heard he was really good...so maybe panther..

dela hoya...hmmm glory days...tiger...or a jungle cat of some sort

ricky hatton...would say gorilla or a storng mamal...got it grizzly bear!

shane mosley...nothing gets to me like his face as a clown so maybe a monkey

Miguel Cotto- a bull because he is very strong and likes to come forward.

Oscar De La Hoya- a cheetah because he is very fast (especially in his prime)

Floyd Mayweather, Jr.- a turtle or armadillo because of how good he is defensively.

Ricky Hatton- a wolverine because of how agressive he is and how he tries to maul his opponents.

Shane Mosley- a panther because he uses a combination of power and speed to get to his opponents (especially when he was a lightweight).

Miguel Cotto- a bull because he just keeps coming at his opponents(like a bull would to a matador) without backing down and he has so much power.

Oscar De La Hoya- The Gray Wolf. Has been build for stamina(in prime). Has a narrow chest, strong back, and powerful legs which help him move around ring. Very clever animal. Uses scent markings to claim its territory. Golden boy has marked his territory in boxing, business, etc..

Floyd Mayweather- definitely a cheetah because he is too fast and slick with his attacks. His prey nor his competitors can catch him, but if he gets tired or too confident it will only take one blow for him to fall.

Ricky Hatton- was hard for me to think, but a Tazmanian Devil because even though smaller in size it is stocky and muscular. It becomes vicious when attacking its prey.

Shane Mosley- A panther because he(specially in his prime) in my opinion has been very balanced with power and speed making him dangerous also.
