If you're asking about wild animals, it's probably chipmunks.  In areas with a large population they'll come up and some even crawl on you if you feed them.  You can't usually pet them, but it's still enjoyable to do.  Of course, many fish do this as well.

as long as you dont provoke them, your safest bet will be with a dolphin. they are more intellegent in terms of interaction.

i would stay away from wild orca... they are more agressive than sharks when they are in the wild

if you were to come across a larger whale species, then you would most likely be safe,most wont try to hurt you (most dont eat large prey) but they wouldnt be as interactive as dolphins.
