Compared to Koreans and the Japanese.. how come the UAW's paycheck doesn't match the quality of their cars?

I'm talking about USA UAW.

German workers make even more and their cars are worse.  

The UAW is lazy and overpaid but the American built cars quality is just fine.  Ford has been better than Toyota for several years according to lots of independent quality ratings.  The UAW is killing the Big 3 with their huge wages and forcing them to hire so many unneeded employees.

Koren cars and quality?  Improved yes.  High quality no.

the U.S. auto industry is a a screwed up mess on both sides... bothe the auto company and the union so they got what they deserved. Now the rest of the world is reaping the benefits.

The CEOs and the Union Leaders became millionaires 10 times over and the little guy is back on the street.
