Comparison of Myths and Folktales.

I need to know how myths and folktales are both similar and different.

Well first, myths are thing like Big foot, and The Loch Ness Monster. Folktales/ Folklore are things that have been told for hundred of years, like, Lion and the Mouse, and Lazy Coyote.They are also similar because they are both stories. And they are differnet beacuse some people believe in them, and some don't.

Mythology is the stories about gods and goddesses. Folklore's are usually stories about monsters.
