Compatibility problem between Verizon and Tivo?

Verizon Fios recently changed the cable station numbers (i.e. from 100 to 120) and now my TiVo (SVR-2000) still thinks that channel 120 is 100. Is there a way I can force an update or change them manually?

  1. Verizon should have informed Tivo of the change, so they could push it out to your unit.  If your Tivo has done its daily update, and this still hasn't happened, give Tivo a call and let them know.
