  1. jus like our buddies in the states...

  2. It is absolutely getting out of hand.  What happened to accidents? It is just another example of greed running rampid in our society.  It is not just related to accidents.  It is in everything.  A way to get rich quick.  Unfortunately, Judges should have more sense and toss these frivolous cases out.

  3. Well, we are living in an age of self entitlement, unfortunately.

  4. What do they hope to get out of these parents? They must be fabulously wealthy to be worth suing. Part of it has to be the solicitors who've taken the case as they won't do it for nothing. Since solicitors have been allowed to advertise there's more and more of this, I see it all the time around here, no win no fee adverts in the office windows, it's becoming an industry.

  5. I am qualified to speak on such subjects.

This is nothing but a tragic accident.  There is no accountable blame.  It would be impossible to predict or prevent such an accident.

I would also add that the accident happened in Medway, that is an area including Catham, home of the Chav!!

Need i say more about the mentality of these people.
