Compensation for cancelled flights?

If you buy a flight for about £2, and the flight is cancelled or delayed, is the compensation £2 or is it the same for all passengers?

The same for all passengers - but beware - some cut price airlines don't offer compensation except in the most extreme circumstances - one of the reasons they are cut price i guess

in fact they might just give u back a portion of that depends on the circumstances

I think the best you'll get is a full refund. Think of it like this, If it was goods you brought in a shop and you took it back because it was faulty,  what do you think your entitled to ??? ...............  A full refund ,Yes. Compensation, I doult it very much unless you can prove your out of pocket

Similar thing happened a month or so ago, I tried to cancel my flight.  But it says, if you dont buy a refundable ticket then you wont get all you money back.  You will only be aloud tax fees, which is about £89.  So instead I decided to just fly to New York for the 7 days, lol.  I was dreaming of sand, and sea while there.  But least it was hot.

Sorry if your a victim of these Zoom flights.
