Bangladesh Premier League's management was called into question again, after failing to abide by another deadline. According to the date set by the officials, all the payments had to be made by 21 July; however this was treated like just another cut-off date where payments are still due to coaches and players.  
Dhaka Gladiators Coach, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Ian-Leslie-Pont-c63901, is among the overseas trainer yet to receive his payment, showing his disappointment over the compensation matter by stating that he has not been paid half of imbursement that was due by the Chaowdhury Family who owns the franchise.
The 50-year-old had been appointed as Bangladesh’s national bowling coach but ended his contact, deciding to move back in England. His return was just for the BPL, where he led the Gladiators to victory in the final despite his stint halted by payment controversies.
The foreign coach also added that most overseas players had not been compensated by the league.
"I am amazed we remained focused enough to win the whole competition and it's a testament to the players - overseas and local - when the only talk was about payments. It was hard to concentrate on the cricket with such an enormous distraction. After all, this is not simply a game for the players and staff, but it is their living."
"So much money was missing that the guys didn't know what else they could try. But the players did not want to let the BPL down or the fans, which was the right thing to do.
