Competition Success review and Readers Digest.?

Question

I have sent a Money order to CSR office at New Delhi towards a subscription 20 days ago. Similarly, I have subscribed to Readers digest on the same day online. I have not received the first copy of both the magazines. Is there a local office in Chennai for such enquiries. How long will I have to wait to receive my copy? There is no response when I tried to e-mail which is listed in their website. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
