Competition about designing.. ?

there was a competition advertised on t.v for 11-18 yr olds..

something about designing credit cards :S

and you get money ..

i cant remember what it is ..

can anyone locate me to the site with the info...

because i cant find anything and as i cant remember much, i cant do much!
