- how many competitions do you attend?

- does it cost a lot of money?

- do you have to be super good, or will they take you if they see potential?

  1. i have practice twice a week for 2 hrs and 3hrs so 5hrs a week. for one team

we attened 3 competions a year

its a bit pricey depending on the school but you also have to pay competition fees and costumes...

if your not amazing you have to have stage presence and many schools do have levels

good luck i hope you get it cuz its soo fun.

  2. I've been a competitive dancer for nine years so i hope I can help!

For one team I would say and hour or 2 a week

For 2 teams maybe 2  or three hours

I really depends on your teachers. I am in five competitive dances and I dance eight hours a week

We usually attend 3 or 4 competitions and maybe finals sometimes

It is pretty expensive depending on how many  dances you do and the costumes

Yes they will probably take you if you show you really want to be there and that you love dance! Show them you can work hard and they will love you!

Just have fun remember dance is a fun thing if you don't make it the first time always try again. It's a hard profession.! Just work hard and don't forget to smile!

    Good luck!

I really hope you make it!

  3. I am just starting competitive and im not the best i have potential thats why im in it. i will be doing at least 6 to 7 hours of dance a week. My studio will be attending at least 5 or more competitons. It will cost alot! just do your best when you audition! good luck :)

  4. In most dance schools, (that are competitve) they usually have levels. Beginners at the lowest and the best in the highest groups. Gradually you'll go up more and more levels until you reach the top. In all levels/groups you will compete in dance competitions. When I was in a dance group (a street dance one) We practiced 2 hours every saturady. And extra if there was an upcoming event.

  5. at temecula dance company, you have to take

    2 ballet classes

    1 jazz

    1 tap

    production

    and team classes

probably 10 hours or more of dance a week
