Complaining for credit card transaction?

Question

i went to use this vending machine..i used my debit card and i never got anything and i was charged 10 bucks

so i called in and the guy apologized and got a bad temper then said if u don't want to drive there and get ur funds back then okay thankyou bye hangs up rightaway

so i call and said i don't appreciate you hanging up on me

you can s***w yourself

i hangup..i get back on to see if he hung up...and he didn't

and i don't think he said anything but i think he said hole i wasn't sure

Call your bank and tell them to cancel this transaction, bank will put your money back on your DR card. Good Luck!
