  1. Write to anyone you like. It will be ignored.

CDG is notorious for its bad customer service.

  2. Find out on the internet who is the CEO of the airline you flew with.  Write DIRECTLY to the CEO.  Any time I have done this with any company I have had a quick and satisfactory response.

  3. No, write the airline.

Use snail mail, not the internet to contact them. Register it if you want.

Airlines are supposed to provide support for passengers with mobility issues. It's not the airport's responsibility, even when they are airport employees. It's the airline that handles these requests.

Also, the airlines are customer-service driven, while the airport authority is less-so. If it is not up to them, they will then tell you where to complain.

Airlines take complaints seriously. They will track down whomever was working that day and discuss it with them. We were told in training that the company figured for every complaint, it was probably something happening at least 10 times so these were followed up.

If you are in the U.S., there are some very strict laws on this subject so contact whatever relevant organization, to whom you may already belong, and get information. Yes, laws may have been broken here.

Since you didn't give any information about the transit visa, whether it was needed or not, I can't comment. Usually there is a way to transit without a visa but that depends on a lot of factors...

When you write, put all flight numbers, dates, times and any names of employees, if you got them. If not, describe them. Be direct and to the point, highlighted exactly where the glitches occurred so they know what actually happened.

    Good luck!

  4. the airport authority of france - however the charles de gaulle airport is not known for its service and therefore this will most probably be ignored

  5. in France there is a new law just voted in july especially for wheels chairs, the airport is now responsible carrying persons, because airlines (especially us airlines) don't contact the airport before the departure, now in France there is always 2 persons waiting in every long fly with a wheel chair, but you need to complain your airline !

  6. there french  it there way to be rude and  uncaring to anyone but them selfs

  7. if you are in India, write to the Minister of Civial Aviation , Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, New delhi  or to the Managing Director of the Airline concerned
