Complaint against Bank of America

You people won't give me a straight answer, and keep putting me on hold, and shifting me from dept. to dept.  I inherited a telephone number from a Mark Skinner who must owe you money, but he doesn't live here.  You call every other day , and wake me up.  I'm disabled, and have sleep apthiea, and am tired of your calls.  My number is 503-328-9038--please stop the calls or I'm going to sue you.  Gary
