  1. You can call as other say however they are going to tell you that your complaint has to summited in writing. When you write it out tell it as a story with names, dates and times. All cruise lines handle complaints this way.

  2. Call thier  800 number and ask for customer service. Make sure you get the persons name and the reference number, it is also a good idea to ask for a copy of  the report be sent you your home. hope this helps

  3. When you talk to them, remember to use a calm and normal voice. Don't yell at them. You will get a better response with them if you are nice and calm. They are very good at correcting problems. Good luck.

My advice to you, based on my experience with a complaint with our Princess cruise, is to write a letter rather than trying to talk about your complaint on the phone.  A letter will give you an opportunity to organize your thoughts so that you can make your points and include everything you want to say.  Then you will have a written record of what your complaint is and whom it went to and when.
