Complaints Towards NSW Police Force,Pls Help?

I have a situation in regards to a police officer of NSW Australia in which he has been very unproffessional in attitude and threats in arresting me for no reason. I can make it %100 clear that i know i have done nothing illegal and by knowing my rights and refusing to give my details over the phone this particular officer has taken a personal dislike to me and the last phone call i received was at 1.53am friday morning in which it ended with him saying to me " Well mate, i will be arresting you when i catch up with you ".

I know he is unable to do this but knowing he has my address is a scary thought as i know he has previously been a corrupt cop and has lost his badge for 3 yrs and been downgraded from Dective to a Constable. If you can help or advise me that would be great. Thanx Guys !!!

Again, i have done nothing wrong or illegal it was simply through someone making a complaint about a txt message i sent which was not abusive nor threatning, and the officer knew that.

  1. I live in the USA and this would be an outright abuse of power.  If going to the police didn't help maybe go complain to the prosecutor's office, or get consult a lawyer.  He maybe able to convince the police department to fire this b*****d and file criminal charged against him, and if they don't, file a huge lawsuit against them.

I never give personal information over the phone, police or not.  If they threaten with arrest I tell them to come get me...or wait they can't because they don't know how I am or where I live.  If you already knew this you would have picked me up long time ago.

What if this cop is using his authority to get the information from you  in order to steal your identity.  It is a huge problem in America, and I image it is all over the world.

Next time this "cop" calls, tell him not to speak to contact you anymore unless it is through your attorney.
