Complete idolatry (not in the biblical sense)?

Question

Do you think it's common-place to feel both intense admiration (such as wanting to be like or actually BE someone else) and sexual attraction toward the same individual?

How often (if ever) have you felt both of these emotions toward a single person? Do you ever get them confused, or have trouble deciding if it's one or the other?

I get this all the time, and it's made me a very confused person. I've often thought they are the two ingredients necessary for an obsession, but that's getting a bit off topic.

i have never had this problem. i have always wanted 2 be like a guy nd always fancied girls. but yes i think it is common place for it.
