Completely RED spider, what is it?

I don't know what it is.. and it worries me because it was in my weeds i was pulling. I have never seen this spider in my life, but i found a picture on the web that looks just like it. By the way I am from Pennsylvania.

Probably a grass spider, they come in all different colors. All spiders are venomous, but most bites will not hurt you any more than a bee sting.  Leave them alone in your garden, they are very beneficial. They will eat insects that can destroy plants.
