Completely non-responsive

I have a Vizio 47" HDTV LCD. This set is only about 1.5 years old. It is no longer responsive to any commands (remote or physical). The Vizio logo illuminates orange when plugged in and will turn white when powered on - control lights also illuminate orange but once powered on there is no audio and no video. I have to unplug the TV to turn it off. Please advise on repair or parts needed as I believe I can replace the parts myself. Thanks
