Component cables for sd tv?

i have a sd tv that has blue and green cable inputs if i connect a ps3 or 360 will it look better then composite?its not a hd tv tho but it has blue and green inputs

Because these cables are actually seperating the colors you should get a better picture.  Composite cables just bring in the colors through the one cable which cause for a less detailed picture.  Your component cables will actually get you the best picture you can get for that tv.
