  1. erm.. well i've dance for 8 years now and am 14, i am very flexible and i think that is something you need to dance, also a good memory lol but i am bein serious i practiced the memorise activitys on big brain academy and i can remember the routines quite well. also, an hour usally, before you go, eat something with a lot of carbs in it will give you energy to burn. you need to be quick on your feet aswell, am not saying a good runner or anythig just be able to jump around fast and do quick steps. hope this helped =]

  2. Dancers need a lot of core strength (abs and back).  Leg strength is also really important, possibly arm strength too depending on what kind of dance.

Stamina/endurance, flexibility, and balance are also vital.

  3. all of those are needed for any sport just keep practicing and you will improve on all of those

  4. everything you have said are relevant but so are flexibillity combined with strength. It is not enough to be just strong or flexible but you have to be both. I.S.T.D are a good source for this sort of info. look into their FDI and CDE courses. Also anatomy will help with specific muscle groups, etc.

ps; what is the assignment for? just interested.
