Question:

Compression garment while running?

Recently started running for fitness and while I'm in pretty good shape, my waist is out of proportion of the rest of my body and my fat bounces when I run. It hurts! Are there any type of clothes that would help hold it in? I've looked at Underarmour and other brands but those kind of shirts aren't long enough and keep sliding up. Would a racing swim suit work?
