Compression joint?

Question

would anybody know where in the portsmouth uk area i can buy a 30mm elbow compression joint in crome ive tryed all the local diy shops B&Q etc thanks

Sorry mate but 30 mm is not a correct size tube sizes are 8, 10, 12, 15, 22, 28, 35, 42, 50, you can get 18 and 25 but not in copper or chrome. Buy a 28mm olive and see if that fits over your pipe, failing that take a piece of pipe to Plumb Center and check it. I know you have a  P,C there I just cant remember where it is.

take it it is metric, if its old imperial it would be a 1 3/16".

will have a look through my catalogues when i get home and message again tomorrow.
