Compuet dont recognize hard disc. Hi... my computer is recognizing it as an USB mass storage

Hi... my computer is recognizing it as an USB mass storage device.. but in "my computer" i donot see it as a drive.. cannot do anything.. tried to change the USB cable .. but no use.. i see the blue light is glowing in the device
