Compulsive Shoppers?

R women compulsive shoppers. How can be rated as a compulsive shopper.

Firstly, both men AND women can be compulsive shoppers.  Shopping in this instance is used as a drug of sorts....just like gambling, s*x, drugs, smoking, eating, etc.  Shopping is just another way for the person to relieve stress.

Compulsive shoppers are often spending way more than they earn, are often in debt, have several credit cards that are near their max, hide and lie about their spending habits to their partners, and often buy things that they have NO need or business in buying.

There are counselors who specialize in the treatment of CS...it is a disease just like any other impulsive action and is just as treatable....as long as the person who has the problem will take the first step: ADMITTING THEY HAVE A PROBLEM.
