how can i make my computer background look like this one

with the clock quick launch in the background i want my desktop to be like that

sry but i dont think you can make you computer background like the one you have in the pic

right click the picture and click "set as backround"

if theres no option like that, save it on your computer and open it

in Paint or something and click "File" then "set as backround"
