Hey, my uncle just recently got a new computer, but he has no internet (As in, he has no internet cables or anything, just the hotspot). He lives in downtown Vancouver where there's a wireless hotspot nearly everywhere.

Anywho, i've been told that you need to buy a wireless adapter, so i found 2. Can you please tell me which is the better one (Price is no problem). Also, remember that he has no internet/ethernet cables or ethernet boxes.

  1. Buy the cheap one.

  2. You dont need a router if you are using hotspots just a wireless adapter

  3. neither is the right thing. you are looking for a wireless adapter to connect to the networks, but the products you have the links to are for sending out/broadcasting an internet connection. Search for "wireless adapter" on bestbuy.ca, not wireless routers
