  1. im assuming you use internet explorer.

    1)tools

    2)internet options

    3)delete cookies

    4)delete files

    5)clear history

alternativally you can download this nice little program that cleans alot for you. (i personally recommend it) it works with any browser you use http://www.filehippo.com/download_cclean...

  2. In Internet Explore click on tools-internet options-hit the "delete" button under browsing history. Hope this helped you out.

  3. Go to tools...then scroll down to internet options...after that you click delete under browsing history and you'll be able to delete everything, even cookies

  4. Manual steps to erase your temporary internet files.

    1. Quit Internet Explorer, Firefox, or any other web browser

    2. Click Start, click "Control Panel", and then double-click "Internet Options".

    3. On the General tab, click "Delete Files" under Temporary Internet Files.

    4. In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the "Delete all offline content" check box , and then click OK.

    5. Click OK.

However there are several areas that you may need to check to may sure it has been erased. Also you need to perform a secure delete in order to permanently delete the history files.

    Hope this helps!
