Computer Issues.....HELP!!!?

Okay. I have a HP Pavillion dv6000 series laptop. I bought it last July. I put a lot of music and pictures on my computer. Well, my D Drive for my system back up is full. I was wondering if anyone could walk me through the steps on transferring more memory from my C Drive to my D Drive so I can back up my files. Thanks for your help!!

The best and quickest solution is to buy an external hard drive it connect by USB cable transfer all music files to it and when certain all transferred right click D:\and format do a quick format does not take long

Then you have a fresh drive for your music

External hard drives cost about $120 to $140 depending on size
