Computer Problems!!!!

Question

My Computer starts up really really SLOW is there any way it can be fixed.
Also when I go to the internet pop ups still pop up even though I have my popup blocker on but no matter what the pop ups still appear.
Is it some sort of virus on my computer or what??? Is there any way it can be fixed??

Also my computer freezes for awhile expecially when I'm on the internet.

I have no idea what is happening with my computer. It never done this before.
