i would say B becuase not everyone has Broadband

I can only assume it would be broadband divide.

Reason : people with computers and internet access can have broadband and people without can't.

The internet is the internet whether you can access it or not.

Web divide - simply don't sound right

Digital divide - you can have digital and still not need internet access.

Off the top of my head, I'd say answer A.  and why is because not everybody has the net, and that divides the world's population into those who have it, and those who don't..
