Computer Trouble? How do i fix a virus that avg 7.5 cant get (8.0 doesnt work on my computer)?

i hav a virus at

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\helpersssvcs.exe Trojan Horse Proxy .KJB

i ran avg and deleting it, moving it to the virus vault, and healing it dont work.

i hav followed the path name but it isnt there

how do i get rid of it

    Also, go to microsoft.com and ger Windows Defender (free).

  3. If you have comcast internet, you can get McAfee free, it will get rid of any virus. just go to http://www.comcast.net/ and click on virus protection at the bottom of the page.

    ClamWin is a Free Antivirus for Microsoft Windows

    that uses the GNU General Public License by the Free Software

    Foundation and is free (as in freedom) software.

    There is a portable version of ClamWin where it can be install into an USB pendrive as small as 64 MB.

    First use another PC to download Clamwin portable anti-virus

    and install Clamwin portable on a USB thumb drive.

    Update the latest anti-virus definition files.

    Set the preferences to delete or move virus to a quarantine folder.

    When the USB pendrive is ready.

    Boot up the infected PC in safe mode.

    If possible, disable system restore on the infected PC.

    Run the Clamwin Anti-virus that is installed on the USB drive to scan the infected PC.

    Scan all hard drives for viruses.
