PC was shut down for several weeks and power was removed from unit. After restoring power, unit would not boot. The back-lit power button is flickering. One of the two status lights below button remains on, this is not typical (The lamp with the "Battery or Cylinder" object next to it). The internal speaker beeps for two seconds at five second intervals, this is not typical, it should beep once, quickly, at boot-up. There is *NO* video, no Hard disk or CPU sounds that are generally associated with booting. CD Drives spin up at first, then ceases. Floppy drive doesn't check for disc as it should (There is NO disk in the Floppy Drive!). Hard disk has power and is spinning, CPU recognizes RAM (indicator lamp on Mother Board). Unit is receiving 115VAC @ 60hz from wall. Fans are running.... Help, Please!
