Computer answering service?

Question

how do i get one of those computers to answer my phone so i can give all businesses that call the run around like they give us. i want it to tell them to please press numbers and all that stuff and never really send them anywhere

If you never want to actually send them anywhere, use a plain old answering machine.  If you want to spend money, get a voice mail system with an "Auto Attendant".
