Computer folder help?

I have photgraph's on a C.D, I want to put them in a particular folder I run just for Pictures, but these pictures are at present only running on a Tesco picture management program, and I can't seem to be able to move the images from the "Tesco program" to a place where I normally store pic's, on a "my pictures folder" where I have all my other pictures on, my digi camera packed up, so I used a disposable camera, then I got Tesco to develope the camera on to a disc only, as I was going to print the pics myself, does anyone understand what I mean, and can you help me get these pic's moved.

Double click your "my computer" on desktop>>on the box which appears Click on the CD-rom drive letter>>this should show the picture icons>Drag each one to your desktop by placing mouse curser on and holding down on left button>>from there you should be able to put them into other folders
