  1. Your question is vague and confusing. It uses the word "it" in a lot of places where it's not clear what you're referring to.

Are you really asking for instructions on how to hack into someone's computer and place a fraudulent purchase? Or are you looking for a more general description of how that might happen?

What do you mean by "put it on someone elses bill? Are you talking about a fraudulent credit card purchase? Sure, if you have someone else's credit card number, you can bill things to their card. If someone detects a charge on their bill that they didn't make, they should contact their bank immediately.

What do you mean by "the relative says that you gave them personal information"? Gave who personal information?

  2. the relative knows your information and used it to make purchases as yourself

  3. your ip address some one might of found will you or somebody was on the net

  4. Are you puzzled with something about hacking? Well yes the answer is a big YES with what you are thinking or asking for. Nothing is impossible! Every thing is connected via the internet so it can be done. Security can be breach. Encryption can be decrypted. Intrusion can also be detected. Hacking someone's computer is a piece of cake to those pros. SO if you are asking so that you can protect yourself from someone hacking to your computer, I would say "Unplug your computer and Use Cash" :D

But if you are asking a question to have the idea of doing something like hacking into one's computer then "Good Luck". Gov't Internet Security might be on your front door tomorrow morning.

  5. all they really need is your credit card to do that.
