i want to know if 500watts of power supply i enough if I select the following things:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300

geforce 9800 gtx

4 gig kingston

250 gig sata hd

1 dvd writer, 1 cd writer

with out the monitor,

  1. It should be ok, but I would go for at least 600w - 650w instead. Better to have a little too much than not enough, and thats some powerful hardware you have there.
