Computer help??? any sugesstions greatly appreciated!!!?

whenever i use my computer and have 2 programs running my computer will stat not responding for a minute or two.

most likely you have a ton of stuff running in the background that you cannot see and dont' know about. Things like adds, cookies and what not. Go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and do a secure and safe online scan to make sure you can get rid of it all. If you are on a pc you can hit Ctrl. Alt and Delete at the same time to see just how many programs are working in the back that you don't know about.

You can also go to a computer tech and have them clean up your computer if you don't know how to do so. But trend is a great place to start!
