Computer help help me plz?

i exidentally downloaded an antivirus program that will not me do any thing on my computer.

i uninstalled it and it still comes up every 5 seconds

and it wont let me get on any websites, it keeps saying that this website is harmful what do i have to do to take this of permently

Try booting the computer on safe mode with networking and find a site with a good antivirus such as avast or avira. Then get spybot S&D. It seems like you downloaded a rogue malware program that pretends to be a antivirus.

To boot on safe mode press F8 alot at the boot screen and it will show you a screen with options. Go to safe mode with networking.

Scan with the programs on the links.

If it doesn't work you may need to clean your computer by hiring a professional. If you know how you could also reformat your computer.

Sounds to me like this AV is no AV at all sounds like it is infact a virus that was hidden as an AV.

Without knowing the name of at least what this suposed AV is called there is very little assitance I can offer apart from either A) Get a real AV and try to install it and see if it can remove the bug or B) Re-image (delete and reinstall the OS) the PC.

your computer has got spywares thats why u get warning and alert messages, u might also keep getting unwanted popup advertisements, u can get rid of this problem by using spyware removal software, u can get free spyware removal software at google here

Okay if you have vista or XP all you have to do is go to your hard drive open you programs look for the antivirus folder and delete the folder

Warnig that wasn't an antivirus that was a virus program also you might have trojans try installing avast or avg there free try googling theme or better go to download.com
