Computer help needed please??!

Question

my laptop LCD board (behind th e screen) is broken, I think, is there nayway of fixing this?? The screen is going all fuzzy and its annoybing as h**l - it keeps jumping or going bblank and the only way to fix it is by pressing the screen inwards - is this beaking it more?? i'm sorry if there are any typos ibut i cannot read the screeen very well - please can someone help??

the solution in to ur  LCD is that a desktop? buy a new monitor or if you want to fix it it will cost more .. if loptop then no choice but to fix it to a professional ..in the microphone maybe you have inserted it in the wrong place..

I work at a computer repair place. It may be as simple as a bad connection, considering the fact that it will work if you press on the screen. Or you may just need to replace the inverter board. If the screen looks cracked and actually broken then of course it needs replaced. You can get replacement screens and inverter boards online. I would take it to a repair shop. It will be worth fixing if its not really old. Prob around $200-$300, unless you know someone personally that will hook you up!

Definitely broken. I worked on IBM laptops for 4 years. Once that back panel is broken, it's over with. And replacing parts on a laptop costs a furtune. The only way anyone hardly ever gets them fixed is under warranty and a broken LCD is categorically NOT COVERED under warranty. I replaced a few that were billable to the customer and they were like $600 to $1200. Ridiculous. I suggest using an external monitor. It's the only way, except buying a whole new laptop. Sorry.

You need a new screen, plain and simple, this is not a do it yourself fix

Your LCD screen doesn't sound like something you can fix by asking someone here, as it's a hardware problem. Take it to a computer repair store, or ask those geek squad guys at best buy, they're everywhere. As for your microphone look at your webcam and get the model nomber from it and go to the company that manufactured it website. Download the driver and install it. You got a whole mess of computer problems don't ya? Shoulda made friends with that Asian guy in math class he coulda definitely help you out! lol!
