Computer internet running slow I keep on having to restart because it freezes. How do I wipe everything clean?

I can take it somewhere for $95 and $25 for them to take out some files I want to keep. Other then that I want to wipe hard drive out.

Also I just want to keep some music I downloaded and a few pic's etc. What is the best way to save these files?

I contacted Dell and they over the phone helped me download what i wanted to save and also took me through the process of erasing my hard drive it cost me nothing. You may want to contact the maker of the computer. Save what you want by putting a cd in and downloading it on to it. Good Luck. Only  other way is to buy a new hard drive.
