Computer is Infected?

Question

I was on my other laptop and a little thing popped up saying my computer was infected and I should run the anti spyware cleaner. unfortunately my laptop is outdated so i dont have it anymore and i cant download it. any way i can get rid of the virus?

restore ur pc to a few days ago. u might lose some files, but fixes ur pc

hope u didnt follow their instructions --coz now u are infected ----run these free programs

run them in safe mode--than run them again in normal mode

u will have to uninstall a few after u do this but wot=rth the time and effort

run malwarebytes.com and smitfaud

all of this is free from the wire

useing system restore only locks ur infection in a restorepiont do not do this---when u do a clean up turn off system restore to clean all that has been infected --after safe mode reset ur system restore (example --10-29-07  system cleaned of infections)
