Computer keeps rebooting.

Question

hi there people need some help here plz i have a packard bell desktop & recently it keeps rebooting onto a black screen.i've tried rebooting on safe mode & last known good configuration but still does same it has windows xp on it & no i don't have recovery disks so i'm stuck any help would be appreciated.
