Computer making strange noise

Question

Hello, on my Computer which is about 11 months old when i turn it on it is making a very strange loud squeaking sound for about 10 mins then stops which sounds like its either one of the fans or one of the HDDs? is this normal? Or not and is there anything i can do about this? Thanks in advanced any help would be appreciated.
