Computer moron in need of help?

my favorite music vid is jesus of suburbia.. and i want to get some stills from the vid to use in my art project.. but i cant find all the ones i want in photobucket or other image searchers

is there any way i can get the exact stills i want from the vid... if so, how???

The "quick and dirty" way is to hit the "prt scr" during the video while it's running and open Paint or another photo editor.  If it's paint, just hold down ctrl and hit v.  That should paste the picture of your desktop, including the video shot onto your paint file.  Then just crop it.  If it's a program that doesn't have a document open when you open it, create a new document and follow the above instructions.

The looks of the image will vary, but you should get something that way.
