Computer mouse is frozen?

i have a windows vista, XPS 410 Dell computer, and my mouse was saying that the batteries were in critical condition. so i replaced the batteries and now the mouse is frozen in the middle of the screen. i pressed the blue tooth button and it blinks then it doesn't do anything. and the mouse is always on, i never shut it off. it a wireless mouse and it's never done this to me before. i don't know what's wrong with it. its been like this for 24 hours

  1. Go to the manufactures website and download their mouse driver onto a flash drive, then run it on the computer that you are having problems with.  If that fails, then everyone else is right, you need to get a new mouse.  (I recommend Logitech mice)


  2. unplug and plug it back in

  3. jus get a new mouse

  4. Try unhooking the bluetooth mouse input, (the part that plugs into the computer itself). Wait 10-15 seconds then plug it back in and press the button again.

  6. Reboot your computer.

  7. You probably need a new Mouse,....as the same happened to me to! ;(
