Computer not recognizing ethernet cable

Question

For some reason all of a sudden my computer isn't recognizing that my ethernet cable is plugged in. The modem and router work fine, and tested the cable on another computer and it worked fine, so must be the computer, but can't figure out why it can't see that the cable is plugged in.
