When i called them up today they said they no longer sell the graphics card that is not working so they said they will give me a refund for the graphics card,

The problem is i bought the card for $200 but they said they will only give me $150 because they said graphics card has depreciated in price, even thought graphics is only 3 months old and is under warranty.

Can they do that to me, or do they have to give me the full $200?

Any Australia govt websites i can get free advice from?

  1. If it is under warranty, then they have to repair or replace the item.  Check the fine print of the warranty to see how to redeem it.  You may have a claim against the graphics card manufacturer, not the store.
